Resiliency Coaching Session

Service Description

This session gives you an opportunity to receive an hour of personalized empowerment coaching to cultivate self-determination . The session inspires passion, helps you to tap into your inner strength and pursue purpose. Participants pay $50 to schedule a 1hr coaching session that should be completed within 5 days. Individuals complete an online survey that helps to provide valuable insight. Someone interested in receiving empowerment coaching services may need assistance in any of the following areas: understanding strengths and needs, identifying choices, establishing goals, working toward goal achievement, practicing self advocacy, making decisions, taking responsibility, using appropriate communication skills, and self-managing behavior. Individuals can choose to reschedule another 1 hr session for an additional $50 based upon the consultants availability.
